If for any personal Covid-related reason (isolation or illness) you can’t cannot attend a show, please let us know and we’ll help you move your booking to a new date.

You must submit your request at least 24 hours before your booked performance starts. If your new tickets are a higher price, you will need to pay the difference. Members do not pay the £2.5o exchange fee.

  • The 6 digit number detailed on your ticket.
  • Please confirm the show that you are no longer able to attend due personal Covid-related reasons.
  • Please let us know which alternative performance/s of A Christmas Carol that you would like to exchange to. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability for your preferred show.
