Whether you’re a fan of classical ballet, partial to contemporary dance, or fancy seeing some physical theatre, Storyhouse is home to some of the most exciting and acclaimed dance companies from around the world.

This Autumn and Spring season, we welcome the Olivier Award nominated Michael Clark Company, a dramatic and powerful new double bill from Candoco Dance Company, a thoughtful and moving dance piece from Stopgap Dance Company, contemporary hip-hop dance in Fagin’s Twist, and two stunning ballets in classic Russian style from Moscow City Ballet, complete with full orchestra.

Here at Storyhouse, we also screen the National Ballet live from the Royal Opera House, so you can enjoy even more of the dance you love.

With previous companies and shows to visit Storyhouse including BalletBoyz, Brendan Cole, Saint Petersburg Ballet, Motionhouse and Cockfight, dance has become an increasingly important and popular part of our programme.
