We’re really sorry to inform you that tonight’s Chester Chinese New Year Gala has been cancelled.

Here is the University of Chester’s statement regarding this:

“Tonight’s Chinese New Year Gala, organised by the University of Chester, taking place in Storyhouse, is unfortunately having to be postponed for logistical reasons, including recent travel restrictions in China. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to those hoping to attend this event. Ticket holders will be contacted and receive a full refund. We very much hope to reschedule this event and will look towards confirming an appropriate date as soon as possible. Once again, sorry for the disruption to your evening.”

Refunds for the full ticket price have been processed for all bookers. If there has been a problem processing your refund (such as you paid in cash) we have contacted you via email. If you paid at a kiosk and did not leave your email address, please contact ellie@storyhouse.com.
