This group will start meeting at Storyhouse from Friday 3 September.

Welcome to 361 Sober Chester. This Friday night LGBTQ+ sober safe space will be hosted by our 361 Sober host Alice Smith.

Alice is the founder of 361 Life Support and started 361 Sober online (Sunday evenings 6 – 7.30pm) to find mutual support and continue in her own sobriety (4 years.) 361 Life Support is a 100% survivor led organisation. We ask – victim, survivor, what lies beyond? After lockdown, we are now officially Beyond.

We are excited to be creating 361 Sober face to face groups in Chester and Birmingham to give the LGBTQ+ community (and allies) a safe sober space to think about our drinking. 361 Sober follows the award winning 361 Recovery programme. The sessions include activities and group discussions and aim to provide you with a wide range of tools to help in your mental health recovery and your sobriety.

Come along to our Orientation meeting on Friday 3 September 7 – 8.30pm and find out more about us. Spaces are limited. To sign up, please head to 361 Sober.
