Writing can be a powerful tool for enhancing and maintaining wellbeing. In this experiential workshop, we will use poetry and self-reflective writing for your own self-care and personal development.
During this workshop, you will be guided through a selection of writing activities followed by opportunities for discussion. We will use carefully chosen prompts and self-reflective writing to spark conversation and uncover insights.
This workshop offers a welcoming space where you can explore the topic of wellbeing with others and in a creative way. No prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required.
During the discussions, there will be no judgement or pressure to share your writing if you prefer not to; the choice is yours.
