Wellbeing Practical Workshop
This workshop is addressed to trainers, children, parents, workers with youth and children with trauma and living in oppressive environment. Through a practical workshop to discover yourself, using writing, drawing, or painting, telling stories, discussions in groups or as individuals, respond or react to certain themes and lead to a better understanding of oneself and eventually others. It is a journey through oneself… and eye opening to have a clearer insight into oneself.
Come with a notebook, your painting or drawing kits, your body and creativity and an open mind to try different ways of self-expression with your free will.
