Alan is a senior lecturer at the University of Chester and teachers design research through practice and theory on the BA Product Design, Graphic Design and MA Design programmes.

Alan will be delivering a talk surrounding the BFI funded 360-degree film making academy run by Storyhouse and how when engaging with new technologies it is the equality in the partnership between tutor and student, along with an environment offering the confidence to experiment and solve problems, is key to the success of the creative learning experience.
