Hear from inspirational speaker Anna Jackson as she takes you through her life story with a focus on dealing with the unexpected and believing in yourself. She will teach you some of the methods she uses when she is coaching and mentoring that you can take away and use in your own lives.

Anna is an Ambassador for UK Coaching and for Maggie’s Merseyside at Clatterbridge Cancer support centre and works hard to promote mental health awareness.

This talk is for anyone who would like to get an insight into the mindset of a successful Paralympic athlete, sports coach, mentor and motivational speaker.


The talk will be followed by a Q&A with Anna
