Boccia is a ball game of strategy and accuracy that was originally designed to be played by people with cerebral palsy.

Now, the sport includes athletes with impairments that affect motor skills.

It was originally designed to be played by people with cerebral palsy but now includes athletes with other severe disabilities affecting motor skills. In 1984, it became a Paralympic sport, and in 2008 was being practised in over fifty countries worldwide.

Live! Chester will be demonstrating and their skills as well as being on hand to teach you some techniques if you fancy giving it a go!
