MPB (popular music of Brazil), is a rich, poetic style that covers a range of rhythms, Samba, Bossa Nova, Baião, Forró. American rock, pop and jazz have also contributed to the sound; but at its heart, MPB has a distinctly Brazilian feeling, with themes reflecting the tensions, struggles and triumphs of the Brazilian people.

Carlos Bertolai will be singing in this style whilst playing a Brazilian style guitar.
