Join local creative writing tutor Charlie Lea on a two session wellbeing and confidence boosting workshop writing about ourselves and how we have got to where we are in our life; looking at the ups and downs, the hopes and fears and seeing how, by sharing our story, that writing can be not only therapeutic within but also help us connect to, be understood by and inspire others. 

First workshop – Sunday 13 November at 12pm (Garret Theatre)

Follow on session – Thursday 17 November at 7pm (Zoom)

Performance of stories (for those who feel confident) post workshop discussion – Saturday 26 November at 3pm
