Director: Marielle Heller
Stars: Melissa McCarthy, Richard E Grant, Dolly Wells

Early 1990s New York, writer Lee Israel (Melissa McCarthy) is out of favour, her career is on the skids and she is beginning to find it hard to make ends meet. That is until she ‘discovers’ some correspondence from famous dead authors – and egged on by her mischievous drinking pal Jack (Richard E Grant) – finds a rather lucrative market for the material.

A darkly humorous biopic based on a true story. McCarthy is on top form with a remarkably restrained, but very witty central performance.

Parent & Baby Screening: 11am, Wed 13 Feb

There will be 15-20 minutes of trailers and adverts before the screening (not included in duration), with the exception of the Parent & Baby Screening, which will start at 11am.
