Nia DaCosta’s smart and stylish re-boot of the original 1992 Candyman horror, produced and co-written by Jordan Peele. Set in a now the gentrified Cabrini in Chicago, black artist Anthony takes inspiration from the tale of a killer ghost who appears when you say his name five times while looking in the mirror, and in doing so unleashes new horror.
