Charmaine Pollard is a USA-based counsellor, life coach and a certified poetry therapist with the International Federation for Biblio-Poetry Therapy (IFBT). She has facilitated poetry therapy groups in: schools, prisons, clinical settings and in the community.

Poetry therapy involves interactively utilising literature and/or writing to promote growth and healing. Charmaine will be offering an experiential and interactive, poetry therapy workshop where you will have the opportunity to explore new ways of finding your path through difficult life transitions.

No prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required; you simply need to be willing to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.
