Originally from Birmingham, Bhupinder Virdee-Lace learnt how to cook traditional Punjabi cuisine by watching her mother cook up meals for the family.
She is now a total food enthusiast alonside her career working in a special needs school where she uses food as a medium for teaching pupils with severe and complex needs about other religions and cultures.
Bhupinder has won numerous cookery competitions and appeared at several food festivals, demonstrating her recipes which can be found in her book, A Taste of the Punjab.
Lisa Hinze is a serial foodie who describes herself as a ‘professional homecook’; batch cooking for the family on a £50 a week budget.
Lisa has had a long career in the corporate business world but in recent years has turned to her passion of plant based cooking.
She is chief recipe developer and loves the fact she is either immersed in researching food or working in the kitchen all day long.
Lisa now runs her own business All About Greens an online cookery school which launched in January 2020. @allaboutgreens
