We live in a world of multiple, large-scale challenges—from the degradation of ecological systems to social & cultural inequalities of power & representation. As such, the definition of a “designer” faces many issues when confronted by problems directly impacting the definition of reality. This workshop uncovers qualitative insights into wicked problems and explores empathy with a design context, through an informal discussion and your participation.
Lunchtime Lectures is a collaboration between Storyhouse and the University of Chester, providing an open platform for debate on a range of topics and fascinating subjects.
Our Lunchtime Lectures are videoed and archived for future viewing, by attending you give permission for us to do so – thanks!
