Storyhouse library is an inspirational place for adults and children alike, to keep, make, and share great stories and ideas.    Get to know your library with a tour led by our team of library staff. Find out how to get around our fully accessible building, where to find your favourite books, and how to use the library’s wide range of resources.  

The session will cover:  

  • A tour of the library spaces and collections 
  • Finding books and how to borrow, return and renew 
  • Creating a Storyhouse account and using library PCs 
  • How to use the free online eResources available through the library 
  • Library eBooks, eAudio and eMagazines 

Meet in Storyhouse Lobby at your appointed time (by the Wizard of Oz wendy house!)

Accompanying Thomas Cromwell’s machinations and hushed conversations in shadowy palace corners was original music by Debbie Wiseman, performed by members of The Locrian Ensemble of London; the soundtrack CD reached no.1 in the classical charts. Debbie and the Ensemble perform selections from her acclaimed score, alongside extracts from Wolf Hall and its first sequel Bring Up The Bodies read by Anton Lesser - who played Thomas More in the BBC series.
