Global leaders are meeting in November for another round of climate talks. But what local action is happening now, to tackle the climate crisis, and how can we all get involved? Tamara Hunt and Helen Southall from the University of Chester introduce what the COP26 is and explore local projects making an impact; from solar panel research, new transport strategies, to a proposed sustainable energy visitor centre in Chester.
Lunchtime Lectures is a collaboration between Storyhouse and the University of Chester, providing an open platform for debate on a range of topics and fascinating subjects.
They take place on the third Tuesday of each month.
