This event has been designed by Cheshire, Halton and Warrington Racial Equality Centre (CHAWREC) to raise awareness of our international community in Chester. Do you have interaction with people from non-English speaking countries in your day-to-day life? Maybe a parent you meet in the playground, a neighbour or a colleague? Would you like to be a better communicator and learn through an interactive session how to use the English language to listen and communicate more effectively with people who are learning English?

In this workshop style event, there will also be discussion around CHAWREC’s work with Refugees and Asylum Seekers in our area. If you are interested in supporting the international community of Chester then this event is for you.
