A chance to meet Kim Crowe, founder of Confident Birth Chester and Lindy Davis founder of Serenity Hypnobirthing. 

This workshop will present and explore the language and teaching of birthing, incorporating hypnobirthing, practical anti-natal sessions, and positive birth.

This is a collaboration between Confident Birth Chester and Serenity Hypnobirthing, and the Positive Birth Movement group – North East Wales and Chester which is ran by volunteers Kim, Lindy and and Bethan from Amser Babi Cymraeg – abc – Activities for Babies and Children.
