Laughter Yoga is a fantastic well-being activity (this is a seated activity – no need for lycra or yoga mats).
What you will be doing: intentional laughter exercises, clapping, and deep breathing, to feel happy and connected with those around you.
Benefits include stress relief, social connection, being able to cope with life’s challenges, and an immune boost.
Sara Kay, Laughter Coach at Serious Laughter, will be delivering these amazing workshops for you. She has vast experience having delivered wellbeing workshops around the UK since 2016.
Laughter Yoga™ is not a substitute for proper medical consultation for physical, mental and psychological illnesses and may not be suitable for everyone. It is contra -indicated for people suffering from and not controlled: uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, any kind of hernia, severe backache, recent surgery (past 3 months), incontinence and major psychiatric disorders.
