Want to bring LEGO to life and create your own spooky movie?

This two hour frightfully fun, creepily creative, hands-on (heads-off) LEGO stop-motion workshop is the perfect activity to get your little monsters to discover and show off their creative talents by creating there own stop-motion animation movie.

They will discover the techniques and tools required to bring LEGO characters to life and create their own short spooky films. They will learn the process of planning, building, shooting, editing and publishing their own stop-motion movies. The finished movie will be published on YouTube so it can be watched at home and shared with friends and family.

Who is this course for?

We suggest a minimum age of 8 for this workshop. If you’re not quite old enough why not see if an adult up can stay and help you during the session.

What you’ll learn?

– How to build a set for your animations.
– How to animate using LEGO pieces.
– How to add thought and speech bubbles
– How to add sound effects and music
– Fundamental video editing skills.

Equipment you’ll need?

All equipment will be provided on the day, you just need to bring yourself.

If you wish to bring any LEGO pieces to feature in your movie, you are more than welcome to do so. Just remember to take them home with you!
