The demands of life and the boundaries in which we each live in, can mean many of us spending our time and energy on a long list of “shoulds”. This is especially true for women; so what’s the alternative? The Life Orgasm project is a series of workshops for women with the aim of connecting to our individual joy. They are filled with creativity, coaching exercises, journaling and the vibrant energy of women witnessing and sharing with each other.
