200 years on from the publication of Mary Shelly’s extraordinary novel Frankenstein, comes this biopic telling the story of the young Mary, her love affair with Shelly, and the circumstances and events that led to her creating the literary masterpiece. Directed by Saudi film maker Haifaa Al-Mansour who shot to international acclaim with her film Wadjda.
