Fancy meditation but haven’t got round to it or found anything that works for you?

Would you like to give it a go in a relaxed way, in a space where you can’t get it wrong and there’s no need to sit for hours?

We’ve got you. At Breathe Easy we are about finding ways in.

It took me a long time to love meditation but when I started to it absolutely changed my life, the way I handle stress and how much of it I have in the first place. Now, I use meditation every day because it makes me feel good, improves my balance and all my relationships (including that one with myself that I forgot about for a long time…) I would love to share it with you.

We are always relaxed, informal and come as you are. You won’t need to bring anything unless you love taking notes and then of course you are welcome to scribble! The practices are all seated – on chairs in this venue – and are guided.

We’ll have a chat about how it works, how it’s working for you and we’ll try a few different practices every session so you can feel out what you like.

Meditation is proven to do lots of amazing things like reduce stress and improve wellbeing – and when you connect with it, you’re connecting with yourself. You deserve that.

If you’re curious, come down and see what you think. You just might build yourself a mini-habit that changes your life.

Geared towards people without a regular practice but if you have one you’re still very welcome to come and join us!
