Help artists Pat and Ali make a pattern for our Mighty Kaleidoscope Banner.

Here’s how to make your mini piece of art…

Collect different sized circular items e.g. a saucer, a mug, a bottle top

Place them on plain fabric (an old cotton shirt or pillowcase would be great)

Then cut out and decorate with shiny sweet wrappers, bits of fancy fabric, felt pens, paint, sequins, beads, buttons…in fact anything you fancy!

Glue them on top of each other in size order (Or if you like you could sew them together through the middle)

Happy creating!

Your mini piece of art will feature on a giant banner which will be carried at the Kaleidoscope Pride Parade on Monday 11 July.

Deadline for pieces of art to be delivered or dropped off at Storyhouse is 29 June.

Drop in opportunity for groups to meet the artists and help make the banner on Wednesday 29 June  10.30 – 2.30pm
