This is a coming together of like-minded people who are looking to be the very best version of themselves.  The workshop provides a self-exploratory theme with an opportunity to fully participate; getting involved in as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Through Angie’s gentle guidance, you will learn about the nature of your mind and how it has led us to the choices which govern our lives of today.

These workshops will leave you feeling empowered and in control of your destiny.  You will learn the tools to overcome stress, anxiety and negative feelings
