When Stop the War Coalition was formed back in 2001 the group argued that if people attack mainly Muslim countries then you have to demonise the inhabitants of those countries in order to justify those wars.

This is exactly what has happened. Meanwhile, those fleeing those same wars as refugees have also been demonised with a predictable result of a rise in racism. This racism has been added to by shameless politicians and a mass media who have been happy to attack Muslims for cheap political gains.

Join us at this important event as we explore the links between Islamophobia, Racism and War.
