Rafiki is the moving story of love between Kena and Ziki set in modern day Kenya. Living in an unaccepting society these two women must keep their relationship a secret from their friends and families while also working towards their future careers. This aesthetically beautiful film, directed by Wanuri Kahiu, is a story of love, grit and the hardships that are still present in the world today.
