This reminiscence workshop aims to explore, through theatre, personal past and identity. It combines stimulation, communication, socialisation, and entertainment.
The activity is a creative way for participants to think positively about the importance of sharing our life stories and treasured memories, whilst maintaining individuality regardless of our age.
