Welcome back to Storyhouse. We put customer safety at the top of everything we do, however at this time that means a little more than making sure you don’t get struck inadvertently by an actor! It now also means keeping 2 metres apart and wearing a face covering on the move inside the building. We will be asking all our customer to both enjoy themselves and to stick to some easy to follow guidelines. Find out how we’re keeping you safe here.

Directed by: Alex Thompson
Starring: Kelly O’Sullivan, Charin Alvarez, Braden Crothers, William Drain

Flailing thirty-four-year-old Bridget (Kelly O’Sullivan) finally catches a break when she meets a nice guy and lands a much-needed job nannying six-year-old Frances. But an unwanted pregnancy introduces an unexpected complication. Saint Frances is a wry, funny but above all refreshingly truthful depiction of a young woman navigating her way through a less than perfect, but ultimately ok life.

★★★★★ Writer Kelly O’Sullivan stars in her bittersweet tale of a child-phobic waitress turned nanny, an exhilarating examination of female lives on screen. – Mark Kermode The Observer
