Larry and Sophie are young and in love. They also happen to have to have intellectual disabilities, and live in Ireland – which until recently banned pre-marital relationships between people with conditions such as theirs. On a cinema trip to Dublin – aided by one of their carers Tom – they slip away to a hotel for a bit of intimacy. Though acting out of sympathy, Tom knows that he has broken the law, and he spends the rest of the film performing damage control as his charges wander off unsupervised into the city – in this unsentimental and taboo breaking comedy.

This screening will be followed by a Q&A with director Len Collin
