Join SK Shlomo, international non-binary beatbox star, disability and mental health ambassador, CALM ambassador and TEDX Speaker, for a one-off session to explore your own story using music and technology – let your voice be heard.
This event is part of BREATHE Academy, a pilot project for young people to harness creativity and unite against suicide, in partnership with suicide helpline CALM. These sessions aim to inspire people from all backgrounds to be their true selves through creativity.
SK Shlomo: “I am: a trans, disabled immigrant I am: an award-winning beatboxer, DJ and theatre-maker I am: in need of your help to fight suicide with music.”
Acclaimed beatboxer and theatre maker SK Shlomo deliver their most personal work yet in BREATHE: The Play That Becomes A Rave, as they discuss their non-binary identity in public for the first time.
