A ‘speed dating’ style event that is all about matching participants with a new sport, exercise or activity that will support their mental health and wellbeing. Activities such as hula hooping, Circus skills, seated exercise, mindfulness, walking and taking a ride of a trishaw will be available to try out on the day.
Community Health Champions from Cheshire West and Chester Council will also be on hand at this event to help with any questions you have about your health.
