Part of: Spring Wellbeing

It’s been a tough time but now we are springing back to life!

Lisa Rossetti invites you to join her in a gentle mindful walk around Chester’s natural spaces and places, followed by a creative writing for wellbeing session in the cosy community room at Storyhouse.

4 sessions of Nature Mindfulness, Poetry and Creative Writing will help you relax and regain your hope, confidence and wellbeing. No previous experience or skills needed. Just the desire to express yourself in writing. All materials provided.

Wear suitable shoes for walking, and dress for the weather!

Lisa is a local community writer, published poet and poetry therapy practitioner. She has performed at Chester Literature festival and at numerous Storyhouse events, and delivered storytelling workshops across UK and internationally.
