Rehana Jawadwala will open the day by talking about her mission and the reasons why she set up Mothers’ Mental Health Matters project.

Rehana will facilitate the conversation between Sarah Finley, David Atkinson, Natasha Borton and the audience on a range of topics that involve mental health issues faced by today’s parents.

There will also be a special poetry performance from Natasha Borton.

 

Chaired by Rehana Jawadwala, founder of Mothers Mental Health Matters and Mummy Yoga, a specialist pregnancy and postnatal yoga studio-based practice in Chester.

Sarah Finley is the founder of Milestone Mums, member of Mental Health Partnership Board and winner of inspirational volunteer awarded by Cheshire West Voluntary Action.

David Atkinson is a journalist and University of Chester lecturer.

Natasha Borton is a national spoken-word artist and Development Assistant with Voicebox Spoken Word in Wrexham.
