The workshops are as follows:

Finding Your Inner Resources – Mon 13 Nov, 9.30am – 11.30am with Lucy Holbrook
Not only do we experience the world directly through our bodies, both physically and emotionally, but we also have a wealth of resources readily available to us in our bodies which can help build our sense of well-being and improve our mental health.   In this workshop, you will

  • learn about the connection between your mind and body,
  • learn why feeling safe underpins your well-being
  • explore simple techniques that will increase your self-awareness, build your resilience and help you feel more comfortable in your own skin.

Lucy Holbrook delivered this sold out workshop as part of WOW Chester at Storyhouse in May.

Feeling on Purpose – Mon 20 Nov, 9.30am – 11.30am with Louise Dudley
In this workshop we build your foundations of joy, exploring what you currently hold to be your goals. Through journalling, group coaching exercises and witnessing we will explore how those goals make you feel and if those goals are really serving you well?  You will come away with:

  • Clarity on how you really want to feel
  • Evaluation of your current goals against your desired feelings
  • Some establish goals which support those feelings
  • The confidence and skills to evaluate future goals against your feelings criteria

Louise delivered this workshop as part of The Life Orgasm Project earlier this year.

The Goddess & The Gremlin – Mon 27 Nov, 9.30am – 11.30am with Louise Dudley
In this workshop we use guided visualisation and journaling as well as group coaching exercises to look at the Goddess and the Gremlin, both of whom we need to be aware of on our own quest for individual joy. You will come away with:

  • A deep connection to your own inner resources
  • An awareness of how we can recognise when we are getting in our own way of stepping out of our comfort zones
  • Techniques to tap into our own goddesses inner resource when we need her
  • Techniques and awareness on how to manage the internal dialogue of our own personal Gremlin.

Louise delivered this workshop as part of The Life Orgasm Project earlier this year.

Joy in Action – Mon 4 Dec, 9.30am – 11.30am with Louise Dudley
In this workshop we explore our fears and the different types are fears we encounter.  We work with tools to over-come fear and we move into action, your own unique individual action. A real step out of your comfort zone into the land of joy.

Christmas Workshop – Mon 11 Dec, 9.30am – 11.30am
Christmas is so often characterised as the “season of good-will” which brings with it many expectations.  However, for many of us Christmas can also be a difficult time full of stress and anxiety.  In this workshop we explore some of the common struggles such as loneliness, dysfunctional families, financial stresses or our own unreasonable expectations.  By witnessing each other’s experience you will come away with an awareness that Christmas can be tough for us all as well as tools to help you meet this Christmas with greater ease.
