Storyhouse Women Ideas Session

Part of Storyhouse Women Weekend Running from
Next event: Wednesday 3 November at 11am
  • Free (booking required)
  • Online

Storyhouse Women Weekend is a celebration of what it means to be a women or a girl in the world today, and a chance to explore and discuss topics that affect anyone who identifies as a woman or a girl. We want to create a safe space to discuss and tackle these issues together.

This event is an opportunity to be involved in what sort of events take place at Storyhouse as part of Storyhouse Women Weekend which will take place next year. We believe that everyone has a story or idea which could result in a workshop, an event or a performance. We are also interested in finding out what films you want to see at the cinema too.

You can be an individual or a member of an existing community group – everybody is welcome to take part. All that we ask for is that you are kind, considerate and are non-judgemental whilst listening to to other people’s ideas and stories that may be personal.

This ideas session is happening online (zoom link emailed to you prior to the event) but if you cannot attend and want to be involved please contact nicola@storyhouse.com with your idea.

The session will last for approx. 45 mins but if you can only take part for a short period on time then please still book and just let us know you need to leave or turn up late.

Duration

Approx 45 mins
