‘Beautiful Inner Living’ is a way of living that enables us to enjoy a more harmonious experience of life through understanding and taking care of our inner wellbeing; our minds, thoughts, feelings and emotions. These workshops share knowledge and an introduction to techniques and practices to help you to become more aware of your inner landscape, helping you to be more in control of your wellbeing and happiness, and ultimately to live a more beautiful experience of life.

This workshop will have a focus on helping you to create healthy self-esteem and confidence.

‘Beautiful Inner Living’ is a way of living that enables us to enjoy a more harmonious experience of life through understanding and taking care of our inner wellbeing; our minds, thoughts, feelings and emotions. These workshops share knowledge and an introduction to techniques and practices to help you to become more aware of your inner landscape, helping you to be more in control of your wellbeing and happiness, and ultimately to live a more beautiful experience of life.

This workshop will have a focus on anxiety, helping you to understand where it comes from and practices to overcome it.

Lindsay Rocke, InnerLifeSkills Master Coach

Trained as an InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, Lindsay works with individuals to help them reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom, and embrace ‘Beautiful Inner Living’; a way of living that enables us to enjoy a more harmonious experience of life through understanding and taking care of our inner wellbeing.

Across the past 20 years Lindsay has lived and worked across 3 continents in locations including London, Cape Town and Sydney. Originally working in media for brands including National Geographic, Time Magazine and CNN Lindsay transitioned to follow her passion, to help transform people’s lives, in 2015.  She is now located in Chester and works with people across the globe by Skype. As well asworking with groups and individuals in private coaching, she coaches children and young people, with and without disabilities, supporting theCharity ‘Live!’
