Help Storyhouse choose its music, theatre, film and more: tell us what you want.

Storyhouse is looking for 120 people to take part in interactive sessions to help us ensure that our work really delivers what you want. We want a wide variety of people, with a wide variety of experiences, to help set goals for how we choose and make our work. We would like you to join one of three sessions at Storyhouse on:

Wednesday 17 July 10am-12noon
Thursday 25 July 7-9pm
Tuesday 6 August 3-5pm

At the sessions you will have some food and drink, whilst our Artistic Director shares Storyhouse’s current plans for its programme of work. We will then ask you some important questions to help shape what we do next.

We will ask you a series of questions about what you want from us. You will answer these through conversations with other people taking part. The session will be very low pressure, involving lots of sticky labels, post-it notes and pens. You’ll be reminded that no answer is wrong: all we want is to hear your voice so that we can work better for you.

Working together, we will create a series of targets for our programme over the next three years. We will share these with you, and how we are going to achieve them.

It doesn’t matter if you have never booked a ticket to see something in the theatre or cinema; we want to hear from anyone that comes into Storyhouse whether that’s to play scrabble, take part in a book club or read the newspapers. We especially want to hear from you if you don’t currently come to Storyhouse.

What matters is that we hear from the communities we serve.

To join in, please fill in the quick form below so we can find out a bit more about you or, if you are unable to or require any assistance, please call Nicola on 01244730520 or email nicola@storyhouse.com.

In return for taking part in one of the sessions, we will keep you up-to-date and within 6 weeks come back to you with a defined list of targets for the year. Plus have lunch on us! All participants will receive a voucher for The Kitchen.
