With little emotional bond to his mother and no remembrance of his heritage, a struggle sparks between Femi anthe culture and values of his new environment.

Fast-forward to his high-school years and a teenage Femi is faced by a challenging path to adulthood as he learns what it means to be a young black man in London whilst coming to terms with his lack of a familiar bond.
