An interactive and creative presentation about Time to Change, the national anti-mental health stigma and discrimination campaign, for young people including how you can be there for your peers who may have a mental health problem or illness.
Along with more about Time to Change, young champions will share their experience of mental health and the stigma and discrimination they have faced.
This event is predominantly made for 16-25 year olds but suitable for all.
