Tully is an honest portrayal of modern motherhood with all its ups and downs. Marlo (Charlize Theron) is about to give birth to her third child. Her husband is loving and works hard, but remains clueless about the demands that motherhood puts on his wife. When the baby is born, a night nanny arrives – a surprise gift from Marlo’s brother.
