Uná will be giving a presentation on whether associate teachers should be professionally challenged to question if our secondary school system is fit for purpose. As part of a weeklong module associate teachers worked alongside artists and experts to develop a distinctive set of skills that they then used to design and deliver three days of project-based workshops within secondary schools on a range of topics. Play and creativity became a focal point for each of these projects, which saw a shifting mindset on the role teachers play in developing the whole child.
