Budding game developers will discover the techniques and tools required to make their own fully functional computer game design. Our friends at MakoEducation will explain the basics of how to create a computer game using the latest online software and tablet apps.

The workshop will start with a quick storyboarding session to figure out what type of games you would like to create and you will be encouraged to play some example games to get you your creative ideas flowing. As your games develop you will test the creations, both individually and as a group. When a game nears completion, MakoEducation will broadcast a live demo on the big screen for the rest of the group to see.

Where available, games will be published online so gamers can continue to play after the session has ended!
