Worry Less, Live More!
6, 26 November 2019 & 11 February 2020

Do you find you can’t truly enjoy life in the moment, because you are often overthinking, worrying or feeling anxious in life? This is one of the key areas most of us struggle with in life, that stops us from enjoying our life in the moment.

In this talk/workshop, Life Coach Lindsay Rocke helps us gain more of an understanding around our unhelpful fears and worries, and shares useful practices to move away from worry, towards inner contentment, confidence and happiness.

Welcome to ‘Beautiful Inner Living’ – a way of living and being that helps us to feel more fulfilled, happy and beautiful on the inside, so we can truly embrace and enjoy our world on the outside.

Please note this is a single workshop, commencing on 6 November, that repeats twice.

Make 2020 Your Best Year Yet! Goal Setting Workshop

Master Life Coach Lindsay Rocke will guide you to get clarity on what you want to achieve in the year ahead. The workshop gives you the opportunity to assess all areas of your life, and then identify 3 keys areas which are most important to you to achieve change. Lindsay will help you to create your own personal goals, identify what you need to do to achieve these goals, get you motivated, and look at how to overcome any obstacles that may stand in your way of achieving them.
