MINDFUL LIVING

Mindful Living is about becoming aware of, and understanding, a key factor that significantly impacts how we experience our lives:our thoughts.

Many of us can be experiencing a lot of negative thoughts, and when we are living in these negative thoughts, we can feel anxious, lacking, doubtful and feel low about ourselves. These thoughts and feelings can really stop us from enjoying life.

Gaining more understanding of our thoughts gives us a much better understanding of why we feel how we feel, act how we act, and experience life in the way we do. From this understanding, we can start to change our relationship with our thoughts, to experience life in a healthier way.

This workshop is particularly useful for anyone who is experiencing low self-esteem, low self-confidence, stress or anxiety.

AUTHENTIC LIVING

Authentic Living means to be our true selves in the world, and choosing to do things in life that are true to who we are: our true values, desires and needs. To be our true selves in the world, we need to love and accept all parts of ourselves, so that we feel happy with who we are and can be ourselves with others.

When we happy with ourselves and showing up in life as who we truly are, we feel more self-assured, grounded and confident.

This workshop is particularly useful for anyone who is experiencing low self-esteem or confidence, and is an introduction to building self-love and acceptance.

Lindsay Rocke, Master Life Coach & Wellbeing Guide

Lindsay is qualified as an InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, (International Coaching Federation accredited certification). She is also a certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, and a certified Practitioner for ‘The Journey’: one of the world’s most transformative therapies.

Across the past 20 years Lindsay has lived and worked across 3 continents in locations including London, Cape Town and Sydney. Originally working in media, for brands including National Geographic, Time Magazine and CNN, Lindsay transitioned in 2015 to follow her passion: to help transform people’s lives.
