A Creative Writing for Wellbeing session. For people who are experiencing stress in their lives, or in Recovery. We will be exploring  stress reduction through creative writing, inspired by listening to poetry and stories together.

Words for Wellbeing is led by local writer and certified poetry therapy practitioner, Lisa Rossetti.

Please bring a notebook or paper.
