Chester Philharmonic Orchestra has approximately 75 amateur musicians who give 4 concerts yearly in Chester cathedral. The quartet comprises Rachel (viola), Angela (Cello), Eunice and Sally (Violins). Eunice, an orchestral member for 40 years is like Sally, a retired educationalist. Both Sally and Angela, the director of a firm, joined 18 years ago. Rachel a local school teacher joined 3 years ago. Other hobbies include croquet, horse riding and running triathlons.
