Dr Wendy Dossett from the University of Chester will open the session exploring some of the challenges and the joys facing women in recovery today.
This session also includes a performance from Fallen Angels Dance Theatre’s Building Recovery project. Based in Chester, this 2 year project funded by People’s Health Trust supports local people in recovery from adversity including substance misuse to explore their stories in order to raise awareness and break down stigma surrounding addiction and recovery.
